Designed for high-temperature bulk handling with reliability and durability.
At Dexon Rubber, we offer the HR (T-1) 120 ° C Heat Resistant Rubber Conveyor Belt, engineered to handle hot materials and high-surface-temperatures in industries such as cement plants, foundries, steel works and chemical plants. These belts are built to endure continuous surface temperatures up to ~100 °C for fine materials, and up to ~120 °C for coarse materials.
What “HR (T-1) 120 ° C” means
- “HR” stands for Heat Resistant: designed for applications where conveyed material or belt surface is subject to elevated temperatures.
- “T-1” (or HR (T1)) is a grade suitable for continuous operation at temperatures up to ~120 °C for coarse materials; fine materials typically up to ~100 °C.
- The “120 ° C” denotes the approximate upper continuous service temperature for coarse material applications.
Key Features & Benefits
- High Temperature Tolerance: Suitable for conveying hot materials with belt surface temperatures in the 100-120 °C range.
- Special Cover Compound: The rubbers and carcass are formulated to resist heat ageing, hardening and cracking under prolonged elevated temperature.
- Carcass Reinforcement Options: Available in N/N (nylon/nylon) or EP (polyester/nylon) fabric constructions, enabling high flexibility, load bearing and heat performance.
- Durability in Harsh Conditions: Built to handle impact, abrasion and heat exposure — ideal for foundries, cement processing, hot material transport and more.
- Reduced Maintenance: By selecting the right heat-resistant belt, operational downtime and replacement cost go down.

Typical Applications
The HR (T-1) 120 ° C belt by Dexon Rubber is especially suited for:
- Foundries: transporting hot castings, sand or clinker where belt surface temps are high.
- Cement plants: conveying clinker, hot materials from kilns, or hot raw‐materials.
- Chemical / mineral processing: where materials carry elevated temperatures and the belt must resist heat ageing.
- Steel works & allied industries: handling slag, hot ore, hot ashes, or other high‐temperature loads.
- Power plants / incineration / ash handling: where high heat exposure is a factor in the material transport path.
